A six-course dinner pairing wines from Matthews & Single Barrel Winery with beers from Grains of Wrath.
Expect dishes like caviar, miso black cod, and smoked beef tenderloin, each thoughtfully paired with both wine and beer.
Hal Iverson, Winemaker for Matthews and Single Barrel will join Mike Hunsaker, Brewmaster for Grains of Wrath to talk about Vines & Bines!
