Meet winemaker Ashley Trout and taste six expressive Brook & Bull wines from Walla Walla, Washington.
Join us at Camas Cellars on Wednesday, October 7, from 5–8 p.m. for a special evening with Brook & Bull owner and winemaker Ashley Trout. Ashley will guide guests through a tasting of six wines and share the stories, vineyards, and winemaking choices behind each bottle.
Tasting fee:
- $40 per person
- $30 for Camas Cellars Wine Club members

About Brook & Bull
Brook & Bull is a boutique Walla Walla winery known for varietally driven, nuanced, and beautifully balanced wines. Working with fruit from exceptional Washington vineyards, the winery favors a low-oak, thoughtful approach that allows each grape, vineyard, and vintage to speak for itself. The name reflects Ashley’s journey: brook trout are native to the East Coast, where she began, while bull trout are native to the Pacific Northwest she now calls home.
About Ashley Trout
Ashley Trout began her winemaking career at age 18 and has been part of the Walla Walla Valley wine community since 1999. Her experience includes nearly a decade of harvests in Mendoza, Argentina, and the creation of three Washington wineries. She is the owner and head winemaker of Brook & Bull Cellars and the founder of Vital Wines, a nonprofit winery supporting access to healthcare for vineyard and cellar workers in the Walla Walla Valley.
